Suppose u have your device (a laptop/a phone ) and u want to communicate with another device that isnt yours (say a public system) without sharing any personal details on the public system, you can do the following
Use mailinator.com to receive mails from your device (in the public device)
Use guerillamail.com to send mails to your device with attachments.(from the public device)
